Bar Sarah Studio provides online interior design consultation and planning services, fully remotely. Services are described in detail on the Services page of this website.

4. Intellectual Property
All materials and content displayed on this Website—including but not limited to 3D architectural visualizations, interior design concepts, renders, text, images, and graphics (collectively, the "Content")—are the exclusive intellectual property of BAR SARAH STUDIO. This Content is protected under international copyright laws and the Israeli Copyright Law, 2007 (חוק זכות יוצרים, תשס"ח-2007).
Unauthorized use, downloading, reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works from any Content on this site for commercial or personal purposes without express, prior written permission from BAR SARAH STUDIO is strictly prohibited. Stock media provided via Wix.com remains subject to Wix's respective licensing terms.
5. Service Agreement
Engagement with our professional services is subject to a separate, detailed service agreement or proposal confirmed between the client and BAR SARAH STUDIO prior to the commencement of work. A deposit of 50% is required to begin any project, unless stated otherwise in the specific client contract.
6. Payment Terms
Pricing for services will be provided directly to clients via individual quotes or proposals. Payment terms, including accepted currencies and payment methods, will be agreed upon at the time of booking or within the specific client contract. BAR SARAH STUDIO reserves the right to update its service rates and pricing structures at any time, as applicable to future projects and not to already approved agreements where work has commenced.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Requests for cancellations and refunds will be reviewed in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations, as applicable to services provided online or remotely.
For the avoidance of doubt, if a project or service is canceled after work has commenced, the client may be charged a proportional amount for the specific work and design phases already performed up to the date the cancellation notice was received, alongside any statutory cancellation fees as permitted by law. BAR SARAH STUDIO reserves the right to cancel or suspend a project if the agreed payment terms are not met.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. Bar Sarah Studio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information provided.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BAR SARAH STUDIO, its managers, or anyone on its behalf, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its services, unless such damages result from gross negligence or intentional misconduct under applicable law.
